Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Milk Makeup, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in the original box or any sturdy mailing container and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
